Job Summary
Community Orthopaedic Trauma and Arthroplasty Fellow at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA)
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the full spectrum of adult musculoskeletal trauma and reconstruction
- Focus on complex periarticular fractures, periprosthetic injuries, and fracture-related arthroplasty
- Mastery of modern arthroplasty techniques, including robotic-assisted surgery using the Mako robotic platform
- Collaborate with experienced, fellowship-trained attending surgeons to gain exceptional operative volume and case complexity
- Opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement, and participation in academic meetings
Requirements
- License to practice medicine in the state of Massachusetts (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional clinical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Dedication to ensuring culturally and linguistically appropriate care
