About the Role

This fellowship offers advanced training in orthopaedic trauma and arthroplasty within a Harvard-affiliated community hospital setting.

Responsibilities

  • Managing adult musculoskeletal trauma, complex periarticular fractures, and periprosthetic injuries.
  • Performing primary and revision total joint replacements.
  • Developing expertise in modern arthroplasty techniques, including robotic-assisted surgery with the Mako platform.
  • Utilizing advanced imaging, computer navigation, and data-driven outcomes tools.
  • Working closely with experienced surgeons to gain high operative volume and case complexity across trauma and reconstruction disciplines.
  • Participating in research, quality improvement, and academic meetings.

Requirements

  • Motivation and excellent clinical and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • License to practice in Massachusetts or ability to obtain one.
