About the Role
This fellowship offers advanced training in orthopaedic trauma and arthroplasty within a Harvard-affiliated community hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Managing adult musculoskeletal trauma, complex periarticular fractures, and periprosthetic injuries.
- Performing primary and revision total joint replacements.
- Developing expertise in modern arthroplasty techniques, including robotic-assisted surgery with the Mako platform.
- Utilizing advanced imaging, computer navigation, and data-driven outcomes tools.
- Working closely with experienced surgeons to gain high operative volume and case complexity across trauma and reconstruction disciplines.
- Participating in research, quality improvement, and academic meetings.
Requirements
- Motivation and excellent clinical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- License to practice in Massachusetts or ability to obtain one.
