Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced clinical care in adult musculoskeletal trauma and reconstruction, focusing on complex periarticular fractures, periprosthetic injuries, and fracture-related arthroplasty.
  • Perform primary and revision total joint replacements for post-traumatic and degenerative conditions.
  • Gain expertise in modern arthroplasty techniques, including robotic-assisted surgery with the Mako platform, advanced imaging, computer navigation, and data-driven outcomes tools.
  • Collaborate as part of a surgical team with experienced surgeons, participating in high-volume, complex cases bridging trauma and adult reconstruction disciplines.
  • Engage in clinical research, quality improvement, and academic meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Motivated orthopaedic resident or fellow with a strong interest in surgical innovation and technology.
  • Ability to obtain medical licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Exceptional clinical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to culturally and linguistically appropriate patient care.
