Community Office Manager

Qualifications

• Education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent experience preferred; specialized banking education and training; S.A.F.E. Act certification required.
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills; ability to work well in a team environment while providing excellent customer service; demonstrated management and supervisory skills sufficient to manage a staff of less (usually) than five (5) employees; minimal consumer lending authority; a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services; a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures; visual and auditory skills; valid driver's license.
• A minimum of three (3) years' related experience normally required.
