Community MHDA Team Manager

About the role

As a Community MHDA Team Manager, you will oversee a team of MHDA staff members to ensure the effective delivery of mental health and addiction services within the community. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of MHDA programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the MHDA team to ensure service quality and compliance with MHDA standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to align MHDA initiatives with broader organizational goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure all MHDA staff are trained and up-to-date on program policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, or public health.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing MHDA teams or similar roles.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Knowledge of MHDA programs and best practices in mental health and addiction services.
