About the role
As the Clinical Director in the Community-based Clinical Services department, you will provide both administrative and clinical supervision to contracted outpatient therapists and intensive in-home clinicians within the Charlotte Metro area. Your role will include ensuring high-quality clinical care is delivered, maintaining effective communication, and meeting both client and program needs.
Responsibilities

- Maintain effective communication with leader, peers, and direct reports
- Coach and hold direct reports accountable
- Drive excellence in clinical care
- Ensure that both client and program needs are met
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the program(s) they lead
- Master’s or doctoral degree and an active clinical licensure in NC
- Preference for candidates with a clinical supervisor license
- Preference for candidates with a Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution who are Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina, in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a high performing individual contributor in a related field
- Exposure to leadership/management experiences either through short-term project management, coordination, training, or actual leadership positions
- Capacity/coachability for future growth and development as a leader
