The position also involves managing the Center for Memory Support & Inclusion and overseeing Deupree Meals On Wheels, Swipe 'N' Dine, and Living Well Senior Solutions programs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Center for Memory Support & Inclusion
• Managing the Deupree Meals On Wheels, Swipe 'N' Dine, and Living Well Senior Solutions programs
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive care solutions
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve resident satisfaction and quality of life
• Training and supervising staff members
• Participating in community outreach and fundraising events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior living or related field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in managing memory care programs
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
