About the role

As Community Manager at Sunnybrook Residences in Raleigh, NC, you will lead operations, sales, finances, and team development to exceed business goals and deliver outstanding resident experiences. This role oversees a team of 2-4 direct reports and manages all aspects of property performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of leasing and maintenance professionals
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Manage the property budget, revenue growth, and financial goals
• Oversee leasing activities, resident satisfaction, and adherence to legal standards and company policies
• Drive sales processes and metrics to achieve results

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management (property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience leading a team in a competitive sales and customer service environment
• Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse team
• Understanding of financials and budgets
• Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce)
