Community Manager- Russellville Commons

About the role

MG Properties, with over 30 years of experience in acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States, is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Russellville Commons in Portland, OR. The role focuses on building and training a team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and handling all operational tasks to help the property thrive.

Responsibilities

• Build and train the property management team.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the community.
• Oversee and maintain the property’s operating budget.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure property success.
• Drive sales and leasing efforts.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and community standards.

Qualifications

• Recent experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community.
• Supervisory/management experience is required.
• Team‑building and effective management skills.
• Demonstrated operations skills, including marketing, budgeting, and sales.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Willingness to acknowledge and consent to possible audio recordings during work duties.
