The Role

The Community Manager leads strategy and execution for building, growing, engaging, and activating fan communities for R&B & K-Pop artists across various social platforms and owned channels. They oversee digital campaigns, manage third-party partners, and ensure alignment with broader fan growth and engagement goals.

What You'll Do

• Artist-led shortform content creation and coaching
• Platform management (Reddit, Discord, Twitch)
• Content marketing copy and tags
• Digital advertising
• Email and text list management/messaging
• Fan data acquisition
• Fan page management and coordination
• Influencer campaigns
• Seeding
• Social/content calendars
• Social platform management (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• User-generated content/clipping

Qualifications

• 3+ years in entertainment or lifestyle-based digital marketing or community management
• Deep knowledge of R&B & K-Pop genres and cultures
• Firm understanding of fan psychology, digital tribes, and platform-specific behaviors
• Experience using data to analyze campaign performance, fan sentiment, and audience health
• Strong communication skills with an adaptable tone for collaboration
• Expertise in all social media and community platforms
• Familiarity with CRM systems, social analytics platforms, and fan/creator management tools
