Summary

The Behavioral Health Service Line is seeking an experienced Program Manager. This role blends hands-on program management with executive support; working closely with senior leaders to keep projects moving, priorities organized, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the development, implementation and evaluation of program or area services and initiatives.
  • Supports the strategic direction and oversees project execution for program area.
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to address program development, focusing on marketing strategies and efforts to enhance business development opportunities.
  • Identifies opportunities to build broad awareness of and generate demand for programs, procedures, and practices among referring physicians and patients.
  • PARTNERS WITH OTHER DIVISIONS AND DEPARTMENTS TO DELIVER CUSTOMER SERVICE ACROSS ALL BRAND TOUCH POINTS TO REFERRING PHYSICIANS AND PATIENT AUDIENCES, INCLUDING PARTICIPATION IN DEPARTMENT-WIDE SERVICE IMPROVEMENT MEASUREMENT, ANALYSIS AND PLAN DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of related experience.
