About the role
The Media Supervisor will independently develop strategic campaign insights and plan, execute, manage, and optimize programmatic media for agency clients. The role also supports client communication and the development of Programmatic Analysts and Senior Analysts.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize biddable media campaigns across auction-based performance media, audience buying, and remarketing.
- Develop strategic campaign insights and implement campaigns with support from Programmatic Analysts and Senior Analysts.
- Manage creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and launch documentation.
- Communicate with clients about upcoming programmatic activations and new tactical opportunities.
- Provide regular performance insights, optimization recommendations, and growth opportunities.
- Coach, manage, and educate junior analysts while supporting their professional development.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing display, video, or mobile programmatic media buying.
- Online trafficking and campaign management experience.
- Working knowledge of The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP, and DV360.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Client-facing experience, including identifying risks and managing issues.
- Previous leadership or management experience with junior team members.
- Ability to bring new tactical recommendations to clients.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation range: $75,050-$102,700 USD annually.
