About the role
Madison Communities is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Manager to lead and inspire our on-site team in Pensacola, FL. This role oversees all aspects of community operations, drives resident satisfaction, and ensures the success of the property.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the on-site team to deliver exceptional service and create a thriving, engaged community.
- Oversee all community operations to meet and exceed financial and occupancy goals while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach staff, fostering a culture of excellence through performance feedback, recognition, and professional development.
- Ensure top-tier customer service for residents, prospects, owners, and investors through outstanding communication and community engagement.
- Conduct property walk-throughs, ensure apartment homes are show-ready, and drive leasing activities (35% of the role).
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, analyze market trends, and adjust pricing strategies to maintain occupancy goals.
- Manage budgets, oversee contracts and capital projects, and ensure seamless day-to-day property operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in property management with successful supervisory experience.
- Preferred background in managing Luxury Class A properties and new lease-ups.
- Strong ability to promote the community, drive leasing activity, and build strong resident relationships.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Yardi, Rent Café, and CRM software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities and provide outstanding service.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week. 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday with weekends as needed.
