Responsibilities

• Establish a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for clients, executives, and staff members.
• Deliver the highest standards of service and maintain consistent customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the space is optimized and running smoothly.
• Provide exceptional internal and external workplace experiences.
• Extend a warm welcome to employees and visitors, maintaining eye contact and creating positive interactions.
• Assist in managing space reservations using an online tool and accompany guests throughout the office.
• Administer the access badge process for employees and visitors in alignment with workplace standards.

• Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
