We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to manage the day-to-day operations at two manufactured housing communities, Hogan Meadows (136 homes) located in Gresham, OR and Aspen Meadows (118 homes), located in Portland, OR. This role includes managing team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals and ensures that the operation of the property complies with company policies and procedures and other laws and
