About the role
The Community Director position at Affinity at Kalispell is a people-focused role within Axis Residential, a forward-thinking property management organization. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with residents, prospects, and the on-site team, manage operations to maximize revenue, and support the community through various activities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents' way of life.
- Manage, lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing office team.
- Provide continual training and performance evaluations of associates.
- Participate in resident-led events and activities.
- Support community by participating in sales programs and leasing activities.
- Ensure the physical well-being and curb appeal of the community.
- Manage daily operations to achieve financial goals and budgets.
- Ensure a thorough application and credit check for all prospective residents.
- Maintain current records of liability insurance.
- Exercise sound judgment regarding property expenditures and ensure timely and accurate submission of all invoices.
- Achieve timely unit turnover and implement a marketing program to pre-lease apartments.
- Enforce evictions for non-payment of rent and violations of community rules and regulations.
- Assist the Portfolio Manager with various tasks as requested.
Requirements

- Prior multifamily property management experience preferred.
- Understanding of financial statements, budgets, invoicing, etc.

- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
