Community Manager - Brizo Apartments

About the role

As a Community Manager at Brizo Apartments in Durham, NC, you will lead operations, sales, finances, and team development. This role involves overseeing a team of 2-4 direct reports, managing property budgets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring resident satisfaction while adhering to legal and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 2-4 direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Oversee leasing and maintenance teams, facilitate leasing activities, and ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies.
• Drive revenue growth and resident satisfaction through effective sales processes and metrics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management or a similar industry (e.g., hospitality, retail, restaurants).
• 1-3 years of experience leading a team in a competitive sales and customer service environment.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse team.
• Demonstrated ability to use sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• General understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools (e.g., OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce).
