Affordable LIHTC Community Manager (Onsite) Lead day-to-day operations of a high-quality affordable housing community in the Greater Boston area. Ensure full compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and applicable local regulations while providing exceptional resident relations. Key Responsibilities Manage leasing activities and resident onboarding.Oversee compliance requirements, including recertifications.Maintain regulatory adherence and support audit readiness.Direct budget oversight and monitor financial performance.Coordinate with vendors to support community operations.Supervise and support onsite staff to ensure strong service delivery.Handle resident concerns professionally and consistently.
