Community Manager
About the role
This is a straight-ahead community manager role at a Hillpointe workforce housing property in Cleveland, TN. You're running day-to-day operations: occupancy, financials, resident experience, vendor coordination, and asset condition. The Regional Manager sets the direction; you execute it at the property level. Hillpointe builds and operates market-rate workforce housing across the Sun Belt and is among the more active developers in that space right now. Cleveland sits in the Chattanooga metro corridor, a market that's absorbed meaningful multifamily supply over the past few years. Workforce product there competes on value and resident retention as much as lease-up velocity, so keeping occupancy steady and renewals strong is where a good community manager earns their keep.
