Responsibilities
- Drive Leasing Success
- Lead leasing and marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy.
- Deliver an outstanding experience for every prospect from first contact through move-in.
- Coach the team on closing techniques, follow-up, and relationship building.
- Monitor leasing traffic, conversions, renewals, and resident retention.
- Lead with Positivity
- Create a fun, encouraging, and accountable workplace culture.
- Coach team members to achieve leasing, customer service, and operational goals.
- Celebrate wins and motivate your team through challenges.
- Deliver An Exceptional Resident Experience
- Build genuine relationships with residents.
- Resolve concerns professionally and with empathy.
- Support resident events and community engagement initiatives.
- Keep Operations Running Smoothly
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative responsibilities.
- Monitor budgets, delinquency, and property performance.
- Approve invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure excellent curb appeal and community standards.
- Partner with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders and apartment turns.
- Ensure Compliance
- Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
- Ensure all leasing and operational processes are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Necessary Special Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate properties with stairs, uneven surfaces, or outdoor terrain.
- Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings.
- Qualifications:
- Leadership, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Property management experience is a plus—but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
- Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and enthusiasm.
