Community Manager

You'll run the operational and financial engine of your property while collaborating with leadership to maintain consistency, accuracy, and standards across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own daily property operations, from vendor coordination and inspections to safety and compliance checks.
• Set clear expectations and structure for your team, with defined processes and consistent accountability.
• Maintain airtight records: leases, move-out reconciliations, renewals, and financial documentation reviewed and accurate.
• Apply sound judgment to leasing and resident matters, ensuring communications are professional, timely, and well-documented.
• Manage collections and deposits with precision, in full alignment with Company financial policy.
• Walk the property daily, tracking maintenance and safety standards against a defined checklist.
• Maintain compliance across housing paperwork, audits, and reporting to ownership or lenders, with zero tolerance for gaps.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred at properties where applicable.
• Ability to regularly walk the property, inspect conditions, and engage with residents in person.
• Commitment to fair housing compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Previous property management experience is preferred, but not required. We value leadership potential, accountability, and the drive to learn and grow.
