Responsibilities
- Day-to-day operation of the assigned community including marketing, leasing units, collecting rents, meeting the needs of tenants and maintaining consistent curb appeal through preventative and appropriate maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations, Housing Visions policies and procedures, priorities and values.
- Effectively communicate significant incidents, issues and/or concerns to the Regional Property Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of property management experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.

Pay
Pay Range is $19-$22/hr.
Schedule
Full Time position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am.
