Community Manager
How will you make an impact in this role?
You will work closely with the Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential community while ensuring excellent service for residents and strong property performance. You will manage leasing activities, cultivate positive tenant relationships, coordinate vendor services, oversee building operations, and assist with financial management, budgeting, and capital replacement planning. Your leadership will help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed community while supporting organizational goals and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies
- Education / Background: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); work experience in lieu of education
- Prior property manager experience or assistant manager experience
