Community Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained and meets company standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Supervise and motivate a team of property staff, including leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and groundskeepers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
• Foster a positive living environment by addressing resident concerns, resolving issues promptly, and organizing community events to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
• Process lease applications, handle lease renewals, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local rental market trends and competitive properties.
• Prepare and manage the property budget, monitor expenses, approve invoices, and ensure timely rent collections.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to assess property performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Cookordination maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of repairs.
• Perform regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Ensure the property complies with all federal, state, and local regulations, including fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• Spanish-language proficiency required
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Compensation & Schedule

This position offers an annual salary up to $55,000. Compensation is based on experience and education.
