Community Manager - ART Tower
About the role
Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. This role is based in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Develops and reviews budgets for the property
- Maintains and collects rent and fees
- Approves invoices and manages petty cash
- Enforces lease terms and resolves resident complaints
- Analyzes market trends and implements leasing strategies
- Supervises property staff and ensures compliance with standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in property management, sales, and customer service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle customer complaints
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Licenses and certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata, Yardi, and/or OneSite)
- Management and supervisory skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinate and team members
Specialized Skills
- Valid driver’s license for golf cart use on property
- Strong proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Management and supervisory skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinate and team members, including maintenance specialists
Travel / Physical Demands
- Frequent exposure to outside elements
- Physical access to all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Routine, local travel may be required
Pay
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000.
