Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily operations
- Coinciding maintenance and capital improvement projects
- Preparation of Board meeting materials
- Enforcement of governing documents
- Management of vendor contracts
- Exceptional customer service to residents
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of community association management experience
- CMCA designation preferred
- Strong knowledge of condominium/homeowners association operations and governing documents
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HOA management software experience is a plus
- Ability to attend evening Board meetings as needed
