Community Liaison Supervisor - Lexington Mens Residence

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensure all clients comply with the agency's "Good Neighbor Policy".
• Provide direct outreach, escort, and referral services for BRC clients and homeless individuals.
• Serve as supervisor for Front Door Community Technicians, ensuring 24-hour shelter safety and smooth operation.
• Record and maintain accurate statistical data on all individuals approached and referred.
• Recognize and address signs and symptoms of mental health and substance abuse.
• Maintain awareness of client behavior and counsel accordingly.
• Spearhead community relations by interacting with residents and businesses daily.

Qualifications

• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in mental health and substance abuse population and community work, or
• A high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities, with supervisory experience preferred.
