As the face of hospice services in the San Antonio area, you will build trusting relationships with healthcare partners, physicians, and referral sources. Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain meaningful connections with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community organizations
• Promote specialized hospice services with knowledge, compassion, and professionalism
• Drive patient census growth by increasing community awareness and preference for hospice care
• Collaborate internally to ensure a thorough understanding of service offerings and patient needs
• Represent hospice services at events and within the medical community, reinforcing a trusted reputation

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare
• Proven success generating and sustaining relationships with healthcare professionals and community agencies
• Skilled at working with key staff, including marketing and clinical teams, to communicate hospice services effectively
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute

Skills

• Hospice or palliative care marketing experience
• Prior clinical experience

Pay

Competitive base salary range: $66,000 - $83,000 per year, plus uncapped commission
