About the role

The Community Liaison position at Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) supports residential treatment and patient-centered health home promotion. This role focuses on developing new opportunities, particularly with criminal justice partners, to enhance CBI's visibility in the community, increase responsiveness to CBI programs, and promote CBI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives supporting residential treatment and patient-centered health home promotion.
  • Develop new opportunities including criminal justice partnerships.
  • Attend community events and present at conferences both locally and nationally.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to develop new stakeholder relationships.
  • Represent CBI at conferences and engage with various audiences.
  • Develop and implement business strategies.
  • Present at conferences and engage with various audiences.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, preferably within the healthcare or treatment sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting at conferences and engaging with various audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for improving the lives of children and families.
  • Current drivers license (valid and in good standing).
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $43.75/HR - $52.50/HR
