About the role
At Bright Builders ABA, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality ABA services while building strong relationships within the communities we serve. We are seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Community Liaison to help grow community partnerships, strengthen referral relationships, and expand awareness of our services.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools and educators, speech, OT, and PT providers, social workers and case managers, community organizations, and referral sources
- Conduct outreach to increase awareness of company services
- Represent the company at networking events, community events, and meetings
- Educate prospective referral partners and families about the intake process and available services
- Aid with marketing and business development initiatives
- Track outreach activity and referral relationships
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and community engagement opportunities
- Maintain a professional and positive representation of the organization at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable networking and building professional relationships
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
- Experience in healthcare, ABA, education, outreach, marketing, or business development preferred
- Passion for helping families connect with quality services
