Community Integration Coordinator - (PRP) - CPRP

Key Responsibilities

• Develop program curriculum and oversee service delivery and billing
• Supervise staff and provide leadership in program growth and development
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
• Aid in the creation and implementation of new programs and services
• Monitor financials and cultivate an environment of integrity and cultural awareness

Qualifications

• CPRP certification or licensed mental health therapist (LMSW/LGPC)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• 3 years of management experience preferred
• 5 years of mental health experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $58,629 - $65,664 per year, paid bi-weekly.
• Other Compensation: Variable bonuses based on company and individual performance.
• PTO: Up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date).
• Sick Leave: Up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).
• Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year.
• Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
