A Day in the Life

• Host 4-5 in-person Girl Scout sign-up events per week, mainly in the evenings and on weekends.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including manually processing memberships using a CRM system.
• Ensure Girl Scouting is open to all girls and adults by delivering the Girl Scouts message of pluralism and diversity to members of the council.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Fine Print

• Outgoing and motivated.
• Effective communicator, customer service skills, and strong computer skills.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or related focus is preferred.
• Ability to problem-solve and stay highly organized.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences.
• Experience with Girl Scouts preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Additional Details

• Temporary position could last between 8 to 12 weeks.
• Hours each week could vary from 10 to 20 hours, with early evening/evening hours required.
