About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Control Electronics Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of electronic control systems for aerospace applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, reliable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic control systems for aerospace platforms.
- Perform circuit design, simulation, and analysis.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate hardware performance.
- Collaborate with software, systems, and mechanical engineering teams.
- Support system integration and troubleshooting activities.
- Generate technical documentation and design reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electronics design and development.
- Proven experience with analog and digital circuit design.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontroller-based designs.
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related engineering discipline preferred.
- Experience with aerospace or defense industry standards.
- Knowledge of power electronics and motor control.
- Familiarity with DO-254 or similar certification processes.
- Experience with FPGA design and VHDL/Verilog.
Skills
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent EDA tools.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity and EMI/EMC principles.
- Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
