Community Employment Program (CEP) services are designed to help individuals with varying disabilities gain and maintain meaningful employment. Our team helps by identifying client work interests and basic skills required, along with providing on-the-job-site training and ongoing support.
Schedule
Regular hours Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Occasional hours outside of the regular schedule, including weekends, may be needed depending on the needs of the program and individuals served.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment in their communities
- Engagement, assessment, job search, and job development
- Collaboration with treatment teams
- Long-term job support

Pay
This position has a flat pay rate of $21.37/hr.
Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED and two years of experience in the human services field
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Skills and knowledge in performing supported employment activities including identifying and negotiating potential jobs, integrating clients into jobs, providing job coaching assistance, and client advocacy with employers and clients
- A driver’s license with 3 points or less and access to an insured vehicle
