About the role

Support staff for Community Education at Swim America. This position will assist in managing community education programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing community education programs
• Manage program logistics including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities
• Collaborate with other staff to enhance educational offerings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children and adults in a group setting is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass a background check

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Pay

$12.50 per hour
