Community Ed Field/Gym Supervisor

About the role

This position is responsible for overseeing community education programs and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of community education programs and facilities
• Manage staff and volunteers to ensure smooth program execution
• Plan and implement educational activities in collaboration with educators
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies
• Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and community partners

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a supervisory capacity preferred
• Knowledge of community education programs and facilities management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
