Duties
- Manage and direct the on-site sales and operations team
- Lead leasing and marketing activities
- Perform market analysis
- Manage resident relations
- Prepare and manage property budgets
Qualifications
- Strong bias for action and successful marketing, sales and operations leadership experience
- Recruiting and hiring great talent, team-building, training, coaching, mentoring, goal setting and performance management skills
- Experience leading and managing lease up/new business startup, same store sales and operations
- Strong financial management skills, budgeting, forecasting and cost control
- Ability to work effectively and lead the community staff in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Solid multi-tasking skills and meeting deadlines
- Professional and effective communication with co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff
- Passion for delivering best-in-class service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- One-site experience preferred but not required
- Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays when required
- Able to travel for training and occasional business meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
Pay
- $75 monthly cell phone reimbursement
