About the role

The Community Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential community, ensuring compliance with all regulations and fostering a positive living environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of community facilities
• Manage resident relations and conflict resolution
• Implement and enforce community policies and procedures
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the community
• Develop and implement improvement plans based on resident feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in property management or related field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local housing codes and regulations
• Experience with property management software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
