About the role
The Community Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential community, ensuring compliance with all regulations and fostering a positive living environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of community facilities
- Manage resident relations and conflict resolution
- Implement and enforce community policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the community
- Develop and implement improvement plans based on resident feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in property management or related field
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local housing codes and regulations
- Experience with property management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
