About the role
The Community Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure living environment for all residents
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of community facilities
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient services
- Manage resident relations and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement community programs and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property management or similar field
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local regulations and ordinances
- Experience with property management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
