Community Director

About the role

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Community Director is responsible for the operational and financial oversight of the Virginia Beach, Virginia, community to achieve company goals. The typical scope of responsibility is between 500 and 950 units. Results will be achieved by facilitating optimal community performance across personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, Government/partner relationships, information reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. This position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as strong computer and hands-on management skills.
