Community Content Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Create short-form social media content that supports overall social and engagement plans.
• Create, film, and edit short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Support the production of longer-form video content, livestreams, event coverage, and other video requirements where needed.
• Maintain an up-to-date social content and production calendar, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support timely delivery.
• Support the publishing and day-to-day management of Razer’s social channels, including routine moderation, community engagement, and channel housekeeping.
• Monitor social content performance and assist with regular reporting to identify content trends, audience insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Cookordination with global Marketing teams on social content requirements for campaigns, product launches, events, and other initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc department administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in video content creation, production, or a related field.
• 1 year of social media management experience.
• Hands-on experience filming and editing video content for social media.
• Good understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including common short-form content formats and best practices.
• Good understanding of social media trends, online engagement, and digital content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media management, analytics, and content calendaring tools.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across different regions, time zones, and cultures.
• Strong interest in gaming, with good knowledge of gaming culture and the wider gaming industry.

Salary

Ranges: $50,700.00 - $84,500.00 (per annum)
