Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining neatness and cleanliness of the facility
- Handle all front desk activities including greeting and checking in members and guests
- Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and track feedback
- Concierge duties: move around the center, maintain a clean and organized facility, ensure everyone receives care and attention
- Act as a team player by growing in the B’s, E’s, and C’s, and participating in organization-wide activities
Experience/Education
- Concierge: exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude, able to interact positively with members and co-workers
- Certifications: CPR/AED and 1st Aid Certified, mandated reporter certified, Trustline certified (if over 18)
- Physical requirements: continual standing and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping
Physical Requirements
- Standing, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- Able to assist with putting on and taking off pool cover and moving lane lines
- Able to help someone out of the pool, off of equipment, and perform CPR/AED and 1st Aid
Salary and Benefits
- $19.00 - $21.98 per hour, responsibilities, # of hours worked, and performance evaluation

Workweek
- Part-time positions: 8-29 hours per week (2 shift minimum); Sunday-Saturday, hours may vary
