About the role
A part-time Community RN position for a self-motivated, friendly, and positive nurse who enjoys working with elderly and medically fragile clients. This role offers flexible hours (10–20 hours per week) and is ideal for a semi-retired nurse looking to stay active in the community without grueling hours. You will set your own appointments and manage your own caseload with minimal hands-on care, no after-hours call, and rare weekend requirements.
Responsibilities

- Delegations
- Teaching
- Monitoring and advocating for clients who live at home
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Oregon (minimum 3 years as RN)
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching nursing tasks and performing delegations
- No restrictions on nursing practice
- Able to pass background and drug tests
- Current Oregon Driver’s License in good standing
Qualifications
Home Health Care experience preferred.
