The Community Banking Development Officer is responsible for developing, expanding, and deepening consumer and business banking relationships through proactive outside sales, community engagement, referral generation, and consultative financial conversations. This role identifies new business opportunities, cultivates centers of influence, grows deposit relationships, and generates qualified referrals for mortgage, consumer lending, commercial lending, treasury management, and other bank partners. Serving as a visible representative of First
