About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that they can focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Arrive before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and address any issues missed by cleaners.
• Assist customers with various requests such as WiFi codes, package deliveries, meeting room directions, and equipment setup (e.g., projectors).
• Handle incoming calls and connect customers appropriately.
• Ensure all services are properly charged for accurate invoicing.
• Sort and manage mail while addressing customer requests.
• Assist customers with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility-related issues (e.g., temperature control).
• Organize and promote networking events, including creating e-invites, posters, and notices.
• Engage with prospects to highlight the benefits of joining the IWG community.
• Ensure the center is tidy at the end of the day and assist customers in wrapping up meetings.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Empathy and problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.
