About the role
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.
Responsibilities
- Arrive early to prepare the center and ensure cleanliness.
- Assist customers with WiFi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup, and equipment like projectors.
- Manage incoming calls and direct customers to appropriate services.
- Ensure accurate invoicing for all services provided.
- Sort and distribute mail while handling customer requests.
- Assist with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility issues (e.g., temperature control).
- Organize and promote networking events, including creating invitations and posters.
- Engage with prospects to highlight the benefits of joining the IWG community.
- Close the center by ensuring tidiness and assisting customers with after-hours needs.
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and experience building professional relationships (1+ years of customer service preferred).
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
- Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
