Community Analytics Manager

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Community Analytics Manager to turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders in a regulated financial services environment.

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most. The role is remote and open to US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key analytics partner for Community Marketing and Client Development
• Define and prioritize the analytics roadmap for Community programs
• Lead comprehensive analyses across various referral and program initiatives
• Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Own and enhance Community Power BI dashboards and reporting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Analytics, Finance, or Marketing
• 4-7 years of experience in analytics or related disciplines
• Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard creation
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

Pay

$95,000 – $105,000 annually
