Job Duties

  • Create and edit video content to support asynchronous training initiatives.
  • Capture and edit photos for use across communications and marketing materials.
  • Design graphics, handouts, flyers, and other educational and promotional resources.
  • Manage social media platforms by developing content, increasing posting frequency, and expanding audience reach.
  • Grow newsletter distribution lists and develop engaging, targeted content.
  • Write and edit short-form articles and feature content.
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and user engagement.
  • Develop and produce press releases, press kits, newsletters, and other marketing and communications materials.
  • Implement strategic communication plans that enhance brand awareness and support organizational goals.
  • Produce, edit, and host podcast content, and distribute across multiple platforms.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to track performance and prepare detailed reports on media activity and engagement metrics for leadership.
  • Lead all Telehealth ROCKS marketing initiatives, including planning, content development, design, and production of marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Four (4) years experience in graphic design, communications marketing, or related field.
  • Experience managing and expanding social media presence.
  • Experience with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of full-time professional experience in a communications role.
