Communications & PR Lead | Remote

About the role

Own and execute the company's external communications and PR strategy. Build relationships with journalists, creators, analysts, and industry influencers. Secure earned media across digital, print, broadcast, podcasts, and social channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging for product launches, partnerships, company announcements, and executive communications.
• Position company leaders through interviews, speaking engagements, bylines, and media opportunities.
• Prepare executives with messaging, briefing materials, and media coaching.
• Manage external PR agencies and communications partners.
• Lead crisis and rapid-response communications when needed.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading communications or PR for high-growth technology companies.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven success securing top-tier media coverage and building lasting press relationships.
• Experience leading communications for product launches and major company announcements.
• Strong strategic judgment with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Pay

$250K - $400K/yr
