Communications Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Field & Client Communication Enablement
• Create, standardize, and elevate client-facing communication materials, including Client Business Reviews (CBRs), Monthly Joint Reviews (MJRs), and client presentations
• Create and maintain a comprehensive library of operator communication templates, including client letters, employee newsletters, talking points, and stakeholder communications
• Partner with field operators to translate operational initiatives into clear, consistent, and professional client-ready messaging
• Communication Intake & Prioritization
• Serve as the central point of contact for communication requests across the line of business
• Establish and manage a structured intake and prioritization process to ensure alignment with business priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality communication outputs
